SWEATBOX CLASSIC

Classic boxing with a modern twist, Sweatbox Classic teaches you all the boxing fundamentals with separate 1 minute intervals creating the classic 3 minute rounds of mitt work and heavy bags followed by a 1-minute active rest with boxing conditioning favorites such as burpees and ball slams. Class ends with a 10-minute ab routine.

HEAD MOVEMENT / FOOT WORK

You can learn all the classic boxing movements you want, but if you don't work on head movement and foot work, you won't be able to avoid the punches and move like a boxer. The purpose of this class is to improve your agility and have you moving around more confidently in the ring. This class is composed of 2 minute rounds with 1-minute active rest. Class ends with a 10-minute ab routine.

FUNDAMENTAL / PRECISION

Back to basics. Focusing solely on punch and movement techniques, in the Fundamental and Precision Mitts class you will improve all your solo and combination punches to unite with all the boxing movements you will learn in the Head Movement & Foot Work class. Class ends with a 10-minute ab routine.

SWEATBOX CONDITIONING

This is the class that will lay the foundation to increase your stamina, strength and mental tenacity to build the fighter's mindset and body you need! Rotating between stations for 3 minute rounds you will be quick feet, burpees, ball slams, with just 15 second breaks in between just to give you enough time to get to the next station. To make sure you get an extra burn at the end. class finishes off with a 10-minute ab routine.

The best boxing gym you'll find. Friendly staff who knows what they're doing. Incredibly flexible. You can come for a class any hour of the day. Open til late. no pressure. not pretentious and the work out of your life. I've been doing sport since very little and never sweat that much in my life. Hands down, my favorite gym. I have never been to a gym like this before and they are absolutely wonderful. All the trainers are extremely helpful and will encourage you to try your best every single time. Beginners are welcomed. At first, I was very uncomfortable boxing but I noticed the more I was going, I was improving a bit more and more. I am still a beginner but I absolutely love the intensity and how encouraging all the trainers are. If you come in and think you're going to sit on the side until the next class begins- NOPE, you're wrong. They will make sure you get up and jump rope or do a light workout until the class begins. They play NO GAMES. You're there to WORK. Jason, Julian, Alan, and the others are absolutely wonderful trainers. They know their stuff. Front desk associates, David, and Adriana are great and professional. When its time to wrap your hands, they help as well before putting on your gloves. No complaints. Great music playlist, super clean locker room, towels are always available, the sweatbox t-shirts are dope. I doubt I will ever go back to a regular gym in my life.

I've attended other gyms and this gym is a lot friendlier and affordable. It's group oriented, yet there's enough staff to correct any exercise you're doing incorrectly. Everyone is very friendly. Place is kept clean, and location is perfect. People here care about your progress, they'll make sure you get a great workout every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and has been training or fighting for years so if you want to become a fighter check this place out. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to become a fighter or to get an amazing workout.
